About the Role (your why) 

As a Graduate Sales Enablement Coordinator you will operate under the Business Operations Team providing coordination and business support relating to contract governance, salesforce, data integrity, contractual template updates and a lot more! this role would best suit someone who is a critical thinker, thrives on process, detail and data!

This opportunity is Hybrid with an expectation to work from our beautiful Featherstone Street, Wellington office at least 3 days per week while you settle in.

We could also potentially support Part-Time if you're in your final year of study.

Over time your responsibilities may include:

  • Ensuring signed contracts are stored and recorded correctly
  • Ensure correct Services are entered in Salesforce
  • Ensure TCV and Term of contracts and any other identified criteria are correct for reporting purposes.
  • Approving contracts to be processed for commissions payments.
  • Recording key contractual commitments and service obligations for customer agreements.
  • Be responsible for updating and maintaining templates as required. Investigating, resolving, or escalating all business issues in a timely fashion
