Effectively partner with Wholesale Credit Delivery Project Management and Enablement teams to ensure effective execution on projects transitioned to BAU state. Actively identify and elevate system enhancement and process improvement ideas.
7. Develop training to ensure teammates are prepared to adapt to credit process and ecosystem changes.
8. On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities and develop initiatives to accelerate performance against strategic goals and objectives.
9. Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans to achieve strategic goals.
10. Serve as a leader in WCD Enablement, developing and guiding less tenured teammates

Required Qualifications:
