Job description

4 Corner Resources is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Manager to support a high-profile construction project located onsite at the Tennessee Titans stadium. In this role, you'll assist with construction administration, track project milestones, manage documentation, and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of construction workflows, experience using project coordination tools, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.



Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, construction administration, vendor coordination, or architectural design (flexible for strong candidates).
  • Strong knowledge of blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proficient in Revit, Procore, BlueBeam, and Navisworks.
  • Experience working in both field and office environments.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, shared office setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus but not required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage design and construction administration tasks from inception to completion.
  • Onsite Coordination: Collaborate directly with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors in the field.
  • Construction Admin: Respond to RFIs, manage change orders, conduct site visits, and review submittals using Procore or BlueBeam.
  • Design Updates: Make design adjustments using Revit and ensure accuracy in all revisions.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and apply construction drawings and specifications.
  • Schedule & Budget Management: Monitor project timelines and financials to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project execution aligns with firm and regulatory quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Delegate tasks, track progress, and lead project coordination across teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.


Additional Information:
  • This role is fully onsite in a collaborative office located within Nissan Stadium.
  • OSHA certification is not required
