Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing daily sales operations and team performance.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a landscape installer and/or in a retail or sales environment in the landscaping sector in a lead role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Accuracy in paperwork, strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem solving in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent mathematical skills
