Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled HR professional to manage our human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting our organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR initiatives to support business objectives

- Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and hiring recommendations

- Foster positive employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts

- Develop and implement performance management processes, including evaluations and training programs

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

- Analyze HR data and provide insights to inform business decisions


Requirements

Requirements: 

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 2-3years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity

- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite

- A member of ZIRM
