Facility Security Officer (FSO/CSSO) – TS/SCI Required

Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI access (TS/SCI) to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Industrial Security Program
  

• Serve as FSO and CSSO, supporting both collateral DoD and special access programs
  

• Conduct security self-inspections, implement mitigation strategies, and support government audits
  

• Manage physical security and maintain facility clearance status in NISS
  

• Administer personnel security processes, including onboarding, clearance processing, and SEAD 3 reporting
  

• Develop and update company policies and procedures aligned with NISPOM and ICD 705
  

• Ensure compliance with contract-specific requirements including DD254s and access control
  

• Maintain working relationships with DCSA, program security officers, and internal stakeholders
  

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in industrial and special access security within the DoD or Intelligence Community
  

• Certified FSO with experience as a CSSO or CPSO
  

• Deep knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs, and executive orders
  

• Familiarity with DISS/NBIS, NISS, SWFT, eQIP/eAPP
  

• Expertise in OPSEC and safeguarding sensitive information
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
  

• Membership in security-related professional organizations (NCMS, ISWG, etc.)
  

• Familiarity with ICD 503 / Risk Management Framework
