Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Industrial Security Program
Serve as FSO and CSSO, supporting both collateral DoD and special access programs
Conduct security self-inspections, implement mitigation strategies, and support government audits
Manage physical security and maintain facility clearance status in NISS
Administer personnel security processes, including onboarding, clearance processing, and SEAD 3 reporting
Develop and update company policies and procedures aligned with NISPOM and ICD 705
Ensure compliance with contract-specific requirements including DD254s and access control
Maintain working relationships with DCSA, program security officers, and internal stakeholders
8+ years of experience in industrial and special access security within the DoD or Intelligence Community
Certified FSO with experience as a CSSO or CPSO
Deep knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs, and executive orders
Familiarity with DISS/NBIS, NISS, SWFT, eQIP/eAPP
Expertise in OPSEC and safeguarding sensitive information
Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Active TS/SCI clearance required
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field
Membership in security-related professional organizations (NCMS, ISWG, etc.)
Familiarity with ICD 503 / Risk Management Framework
