Job description

As a Recruitment Partner at Proxy Live Solutions™, you’ll play a key role in shaping our global talent team.

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, working closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless and strategic hiring experience.

As part of a global recruitment team, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to attract top talent across multiple international markets, supporting hiring needs in our offices around the world. Together, we’re building a high-impact recruitment function that scales with our ambitions.

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activity for the specific work stream, distributing roles, managing SLA's, coverage, and ensuring tasks are picked up in a timely manner;
  • Support recruitment delivery, with the goal of delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences;
  • Monitor industry best practices and identify opportunities for the company to remain competitive in the current market to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies;
  • Reporting- utilising ATS to pull and analyse key data such as live numbers, recruiter activity, and placement reports;
  • Talent sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, researching and contacting local/foreign colleges/universities, job boards, careers fairs, etc;
  • Contribute to the modernization and digital enhancement of recruitment processes and tools;
  • Dealing with general team queries, providing continuous support.

 Qualifications and experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment;
  • Strong working knowledge and Applicant Tracking and Talent Management Systems ;
  • Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and practices;  
  • Good understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics;  
  • Strong personal management of time management;
  • Used to working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment;
  • Fluent in English and Latvian;
    *Academic qualification in Psychology, Marketing, PR, HR or equivalent, an advantage.

  • Strong Communication skills – ability to communicate with people both written and verbal.
  • Confidence - networking and interacting with a variety of teams and stakeholders. You are expected to speak confidently to candidates, hiring managers, your co-workers, and experts in many different industries and sectors.   
  • A natural curiosity: Always looking to learn more about stakeholders, candidates, and your team.   
  • Good listening skills: Taking the time to really hear your candidates, hiring managers, and co-workers will give you more valuable information than any other tactic you can find.  
  • Empathy: Show and share understanding of how colleagues, teammates, and stakeholders are feeling and going through.
