About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HC/MC Driver to join our team at the Geraldton Depot.

Requirements:

  • MC Driver’s License

  • Road Range gearbox experience

  • Minimum of 12 months road train experience to ensure safe and efficient operations.

  • Extensive experience in commercial distance truck driving, including direct and changeovers.

  • Knowledge of fatigue legislation and all safety regulations in the transport industry.

  • WA Fatigue Management Certificate (WorkSafe).

  • Valid Forklift License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep TGE equipment clean and tidy.

  • Assist with loading and unloading of linehaul trailers.

  • Preparation of TGE equipment for linehaul collection.

About you: 

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Current MC licence or HC Licence

  • Experience in pick-up and delivery of general and express freight.

  • Experience with radio communications systems preferable

  • Experience with Load Restraint Systems & Equipment preferable.

  • Experience with restraining loads in accordance with National Transport Commission’s Load Restraint Guidelines desirable.

  • Ability to pass pre-checks (medical/background/D&A)
