Position Details

The primary goal of the Sales Strategy and Operation Specialist is to drive the growth and efficiency of our sales operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our sales strategies align with the overall business objectives, optimizing processes, and providing actionable insights to enhance performance. The specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, managing sales data, and contributing to the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.

Your tasks will include
• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement during weekly Sales Ops calls.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and performance, such as Booking and Revenue numbers.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance sales processes.
• Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities of long-term strategic plans for the sales department.
• Manage SFDC data hygiene, SFDC maintenance, SFDC improvements and customization.

Work Environment

This role will be part of a small team collaborating with Global Sales and BU Sales leads/ account managers around the globe to  support and enable sales activities. 

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferable 3 years of experience in sales strategy, operations, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience with Salesforce (or other CRM software) and sales analytics tools/ BI tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
