Job Description:

  • Develop and execute JD activation strategy, aligning with overall business objectives
    • Participate in big IP activations in JD platform based on sales calendar
    • Create full year activation calendar and make self-own co-branding activations
    • Lead the translation and execution of brand marketing strategy
  • Drive wearer to grow through CRM program
    • Full year and monthly CRM plan
    • Continuously analyze wearer performance and user experience to improve conversion rates
    • Conduct A/B testing, analyze user behavior, and implement strategies to enhance the online customer journey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Build external partnership with JD platform to improve activation performance in JD
    • Build internal partnership with marketing, data, and other cross-function team
  • Budget control in overall customer
    • Full year budget plan of BME in different sub-channel
    • Budget tracking of all kinds of budget kind
    • Keep efficient budget allocation and performance against business target
  • In charge of brand visual convey and brand image control in JD platform
  • Responsible for the offtake generated through media buy.
    • Participate in annual media strategy in JD start with shopper and category insight.
    • Monitor and analyze the ROI performance
    • Manage the spending phasing tight with offtake/NTS.
  • Responsible for the ISV management and selection.
    • Setting up annual goal
    • Optimize way of working
    • Quarterly agency performance review
  • Utilize the data tool in JD to support the wearer growth.
    • 4A in JD
