  • Experience (required) in life sciences technology transactions—e.g., diagnostic, medical device, CRO, biotech, or pharma
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and take business/client-focused approach to difficult decisions—to advance practical solutions
  • Exceptional drafting skills with an affinity for using language to achieve compromise
  • Passion for supporting patient care and ability to engage team members to achieve objectives
  • Strong prioritization and time-management skills needed for a fast-paced environment

Who You Are:

  • You are open to growth and learning, and are not afraid to fail and take calculated and appropriate risk by balancing it with business judgment
  • You take pride in developing and enabling the best work of your colleagues.  You support; you do not put down
  • You are driven to partner and put the work in to build respectful long-lasting relationships with the people you work across the table from
  • You work hard and want to have fun while you do so.  You celebrate wins and remember to enjoy the journey as we grow together and as a company
  • You thrive on intellectual debate and you are not threatened by it – you understand we act as a team and challenge each other respectfully to get to the best decision
  • You are fundamentally a good partner and a good human
