About the role

Are you a travel enthusiast who lives and breathes social media? Do you love crafting content that sparks inspiration across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Marketer to join us at Bounce!

Where you come in

Content Curation, Planning & Reporting:

  • Collect and organize videos from creators and influencers into a centralized library.

  • Work closely with the Growth and Brand teams to align content with strategy.

  • Analyze performance and report on content effectiveness and campaign impact.

  • Prioritize high-performing formats and iterate based on insights.

  • Monitor trends and conversations to fuel timely, relevant content.

Publishing & Execution:

  • Use Canva and/or Figma templates to design eye-catching social posts.

  • Build strategic content calendars tailored to each platform.

  • Craft engaging captions optimized with relevant hashtags, keywords, and trends.

  • Cross-post influencer and UGC videos across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.

  • Source and organize B-roll footage for future use.

Your Profile
  • Previous social media experience, ideally in travel, tech, or lifestyle

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency with Canva and familiarity with platform-specific best practices

  • A sharp eye for trends and an instinct for what content resonates

  • A genuine passion for travel and storytelling

  • Bonus: Basic video editing or filming skills for occasional behind-the-scenes content
