Danfoss is looking for a new colleague with a technical background who is passionate and motivated towards delivering best quality and continual improvement. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing Quality and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) processes such as, but not limited to, incoming inspection, calibration of equipment, process control, customer and supplier complaint handling, Safety and Environmental policies and processes, and auditing of Quality and EHS processes. We offer you a platform to continue your career with developing skills based on the knowledge about process flows.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.  

  • Developing and implementing Quality and EHS processes that are commensurate with the Danfoss, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
  • Implementing/facilitating internal and external auditing of Quality and EHS processes.
  • Facilitating customer and supplier complaint handling.
  • Implementing and facilitating equipment calibration.
  • Facilitate monitoring and measuring practices as required by the business and standards.
  • Writing and maintaining Quality and EHS policies and procedures.
  • Working closely with consultants and personnel throughout the organization to implement and control Quality/EHS initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Technical degree in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 3+ years’ experience in quality / production / process maintenance or related technical position.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Experienced with mechanical measurement and electrical test equipment.
  • Profound knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP.
  • Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO14000, and OSHAS18000.
  • Experience in auditing of the above-mentioned standards preferred.
