Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our production and design teams. This is a highly structured role focused on executing repetitive tasks inside our ERP system (PrintIQ), maintaining pace and accuracy in a high-volume workflow. No technical background is required, but success depends on excellent focus, time management, and consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process job orders using a step-by-step workflow inside a web-based ERP (PrintIQ).
  • Maintain a steady pace through high-volume data entry tasks, tracking and flagging issues as needed.
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors when problems arise or support is needed.
  • Support with light administrative work during low-volume periods.


Qualifications:

  • Reliable and self-directed, with strong time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Fast learner who takes feedback well and applies it quickly.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and web-based tools.
  • Experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support.
  • Background in remote work and structured task management.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., PrintIQ or similar platforms).
  • Exposure to high-volume production, design, or order processing workflows.
  • Customer service or support experience in fast-paced environments.
