Job Description:

As a Web Developer at Millens.XYZ, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our job board platforms. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create visually appealing, highly functional, and responsive websites. Your technical expertise and innovative thinking will be crucial in delivering top-notch solutions that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain job board websites using modern web technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
  • Optimize website performance and ensure responsive design across various devices.
  • Implement new features and functionality based on user feedback and industry trends.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance the user experience.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of job board or similar websites.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
  • Experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, Ruby, or Node.js.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
