Peloton is looking to expand our Connected Planning capabilities. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience within multi-dimensional models.  Specific technologies of interest include Anaplan and Enterprise Performance Management solutions.  Individuals would be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Anaplan planning solutions and deliverables for clients across the country.

The right candidates will possess an eagerness to partner with business leaders to develop unique and innovative solutions that result in real business results.  Chosen candidates will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of team-based projects throughout the project lifecycle such as requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery.  Peloton also places a high value on internal contributions through the support and development of the firm and its team members.

Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities of the desired candidate are to provide professional and effective functional or technical consulting services to our clients, as well as play a pivotal role in the growth of the Anaplan Practice. This includes:

• Review existing client models and business process
• Build customized Anaplan models based on client requirements
• Collaborate with project team to build Anaplan models in line with best practices and guidance from project leadership
• Develop inbound and outbound data feeds to and from the Anaplan model
• Conduct tie-outs within Anaplan models and troubleshoot solutions
• Develop end-user reporting and planning dashboards within Anaplan
• Participate in data integration and migration solutions
• Delivering end user training and conducting knowledge transfer sessions with the client
• Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 - 5 years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Anaplan Consultant
• Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent degree
• Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Financial Modeling Skills
• Subject matter expertise in Anaplan and modeling in Supply Chain, Finance or Sales
• Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members
• Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
• Strong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)
• Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to mentor and develop staff
• Ability to travel within the United States
