Your role in our mission
  • Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by answering incoming phone calls: research and analyze callers' concerns regarding secure and public website(s).
  • Respond to customer questions, provide comprehensive customer support, and/or forward the request to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Technologically savvy and assist callers with portal navigation, registration, password resets, settings, and other issues a user may experience.
  • Document calls in detail including concerns, actions taken, and completing templates to ensure all information is captured to engage other teams when needed.
  • Interact with team members, management, and customers in a professional manner and adhere to the client’s SLAs and consistently meet production targets.
What we're looking for
  • Two or more years of inbound telephone customer service with strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail. Maintain confidentiality and comply with the 
    Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • Prior Help Desk experience is a plus. Successfully resolve moderate technical issues from incoming calls or emails.
  • Skilled in solving computer-related and website technical problems over the phone.
  • Proficient knowledge of personal computers and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CRM, and OneNote.
  • Excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to talk and type simultaneously and ability to multitask in a high paced environment and retain information.
What you should expect in this role
  • Office environment located in Topeka, KS – position may be remote initially but will require to work on-site when directed.
  • Candidates must be a resident of the State of Kansas and within 20 miles of Topeka Kansas.
  • Candidates must be available to work an 8-hour shift as determined by leadership, Monday through Friday.
  • A fast-paced environment in an ever-evolving industry.

The pay range for this position is $41,900.00 - $59,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
