Job Title: AI Product Leader/ Senior AI/ML Product Manager
Location: Remote – (Nice to have someone in or around the Cincinnati area, but willing to look at someone remote)
Job Duration: 6 Month- Contract to Hire

PR: $74/hr on W2

Experience as a product leadership, ideally in AI/ML-driven domains.
Proven track record of building large-scale relevance, personalization, or targeting systems.
Deep understanding of machine learning principles and experience working closely with data science and ML engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to balance competing objectives (e.g., latency vs. monetization vs. fairness).
Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience in Ad Tech, Search, or Recommender Systems is highly desirable.
