Description

Representing the VTrips brand and vision in both a sales and support capacity, the Channel Agent role is to drive revenue as it pertains to Online and Channel Partner Bookings while providing an excellent level of VTrips service. This includes administrative assistance to those that book online, as well as managing inquiries from channels with the goal of converting them into online bookings. 


This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states in order to be considered: AL, FL, GA, MD, NC, NM, TX, TN, or SC.


Position objectives are reached through these responsibilities, but are not limited to them: 

  • Review and approve all Online and Channel Partner Bookings, confirming accuracy and thorough completion of contact data. (VRBO, AIRBNB, Booking.com/Expedia)  
  • Communicate with guests, process payments when applicable, and send documentation from VTrips companies. 
  • Drive add-on sales for all online bookings including but not limited to EA/LD, TI, and more as developed. 
  • Understand and achieve individual goals and standards as they relate to sales, conversion, scoring, compliance, and more (Monthly Dashboard Requirements). 
  • Manage and respond to all email inquiries/secure messages through Track with the intent to convert into online bookings. 
  • Review the Auto-Responder templates and any other supporting resources, making recommendations for improvement. 
  • Audit Channel Partner properties (for accuracy and how they display), making recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback. 
  • Respond to reviews from multiple sources according to VTrips best practices and SOPs. 
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and consistent delivery of the brand standards in the department. 
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Must pass a pre-hire background check.
  • Must have open availability to include weekends and holidays.

Salary Description
$17.00 per hour
