We are seeking an experienced clinical professional with a strong background in home health or hospice EMR/EHR systems to join the MatrixCare team as an Implementation Consultant. In this client-facing role, you will support the implementation and adoption of MatrixCare software through consultative training, clinical process alignment, and ongoing support.


Let's talk about responsibilities:

  • Perform consultative client support regarding the use of the MatrixCare software and establishment of clinical processes.
  • Partners with the MatrixCare customer to help implement, train, and consult as appropriate.
  • Meets client implementation & training schedule deadlines
  • Provides just-in-time and ongoing application training/review as needed in client calls
  • Simultaneously works on multiple client implementations
  • Builds organizational process definition with client to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing management using the application.
  • May write and update training material as needed as part of the MatrixCare Community ongoing content development.
  • May be required to develop and maintain follow-up plans to help implement and transition the MatrixCare solution into a hospice or home health organization.
  • With assistance from the Project Manager, adjusts project plan to adapt to clients’ needs and issues, but works the project to result in outcomes consistent with targeted best practices identified by MatrixCare.

Let's talk about qualifications and experience:

  • Prior clinical work as an RN or LPN with EMR / EHR experience in either the home health, hospice, or private duty industries is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of project management, or training, or consulting and client support experience.
  • Prior experience with use of a Clinical Information Systems and staff training.
  • Ability to drive projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, professional presentation skills and ability to work with complex project.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a quick learner, self-directed, motivated, and have strong dedication and commitment level to the tasks at hand.
  • Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, project-oriented environment.
  • Approximately 50% overnight travel is required for onsite client consultation of software conversion and/or implementation experience

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $72,000 - $107,000

​For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
