Job description

Analytica is seeking a remote Technical Program Analyst to support a federal government client. The Technical Program Analyst is responsible for driving performance transparency, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights for a high-profile federal program.  This role combines programmatic oversight and analytics delivery by managing financial and staffing data, coordinating contract performance reporting, and developing actionable dashboards and reports using approved business intelligence tools. The analyst ensures alignment of all activities with client policies, contract requirements, and executive stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities include (But Are Not Necessarily Limited To): 

  • Maintain contract and program artifacts in coordination with the COR and government PMs. 

  • Utilize process improvement frameworks, such as, business process reengineering, design thinking, theory of constraints, and continuous process improvement when approaching process design or process improvement.  

  • Documents requirements for solutions that support business strategies, system requirements, system specifications, etc. and may develop into various types of models or diagrams such as process mapping, decision tables, value streams, data flows, etc. to support requirements.  

  • Design and maintain dashboards to visualize KPIs, pipeline performance, and data quality metrics. 

  • Build trust and respect, establish relationships, and develop rapport with technical and non-technical team members. 

  • Support documentation and reporting during knowledge transfer and transition-to-support phases.  
     

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal IT programs in roles involving performance management, reporting, or product management.  

  • Strong knowledge of federal IT contract administration, deliverable tracking, and resource forecasting. 

  • Preferred experience using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (advanced).  

  • Familiarity with oneSDLC, Earned Value Management (EVM), and QASP/QA documentation. 

  • Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
