Position Summary

A key member of TriVista Internal Operations Support team, The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving our Salesforce platform. This includes configuring and supporting the platform to meet the needs of the business, as well as managing users, data, and security. The Salesforce Administrator will act as a Business Analyst and work closely with various departments to identify and implement updates to the platform to increase productivity, efficiency, and overall effectiveness. This role will partner with business leadership at all levels of the firm and across all practices to ensure that the Salesforce platform is fully aligned with business objectives. TriVista team members represent the image and credibility of the firm. Excellent spoken and written communication skills are essential.


This role requires candidates to reside within the Central or Mountain time zones


Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform, including user management, data management, security, and customizations
  • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and reports to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the platform
  • Work with end-users to troubleshoot issues, provide training, and support ongoing user adoption of Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new features and functionality, as well as integrations with other systems
  • Partner with business leadership at all levels of the firm and across all practices to ensure that the Salesforce platform is fully aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and maintain the data quality of the platform, including regular data clean-up and deduplication efforts
  • Develop and maintain documentation on the configuration and use of the Salesforce platform.
  • Stay up to date with new Salesforce releases and features and recommend improvements to the platform to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact with Salesforce support and escalate issues as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested
Requirements

   Skills and Qualifications 

  • 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator required 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and functionality, including but not limited to custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports required 
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning required
  • Experience with Certinia preferred 
  • Experience with extracting and analyzing data from Salesforce to support reporting and decision-making processes preferred
  • Experience with Einstein or similar tools preferred 
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • CRM, PSA, and FFA experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leadership at all levels of the firm and across all practices
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
  • Up to 10% travel may be required

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field and/or combination of required education and experience  

Base range between $100,000 - $120,000.  Exact compensation may vary on skills, experience, and location.
