K2Share is a seeking a Lead High Value Asset (HVA) Project Manager who will oversee the DOT’s HVA Program Management Office (PMO) operations, providing strategic direction, daily coordination, quality assurance, and operational oversight to ensure full  compliance with FISMA, OMB Memos, and DHS Binding Operational Directives. This position is contingent upon K2Share securing an upcoming contract.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and quality assurance for HVA program activities.
  • Maintain and update HVA SOPs, organizational charts, and risk posture documentation.
  • Coordinate remediation planning for DHS CISA assessments and monthly reporting.
  • Facilitate collaboration with CISA, Department stakeholders, and assessment teams.
  • Conduct and lead stakeholder briefings, working groups, and program reviews.
  • Manage deliverables including the HVA List, Program Review Reports, and SOP audits.
Requirements
  • PMP Certification
  • Security+ (CompTIA)
  • 5+ years experience working with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) security controls and information assurance.
  • 4+ years experience working and supporting HVAs as a part of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
  • At a minimum of 2 years of experience directly supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and HVA PMO.
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust clearance
