About This Opportunity:As a Manager, FP&A – Revenue, you will lead revenue forecasting, planning, and analysis to guide strategic decisions across the organization. This role is pivotal in providing insights that drive growth, improve forecast accuracy, and enhance profitability. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Accounting, and Operations to ensure financial alignment and performance excellence.Things You’ll Do Here: - Develop and maintain detailed revenue forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning models in collaboration with FP&A leadership and business stakeholders.
- Analyze weekly/monthly revenue results, providing clear variance analyses and actionable insights.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to refine key assumptions, improve forecast accuracy, and align on business strategies.
- Create and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and analysis for pricing, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
- Support contract modeling, scenario analysis, and revenue recognition considerations.
- Perform customer-level profitability analyses to support pricing, retention, and sales incentive strategies.
- Continuously improve planning tools and financial models for scalability and efficiency.
- Align with Accounting on month-end close and revenue recognition processes.
- Monitor external and internal factors affecting revenue, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Drive automation and process improvement for reporting and planning workflows.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as required to support evolving business needs.

- 6+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with GAAP and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; highly effective in cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
A plus if you have:- Experience in a private equity-backed environment.
- Background in healthcare or health services.
- Hands-on experience with planning tools such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, or Power BI.
Where You’ll Work: This is a hybrid role based near our Radnor, PA office. While the position is primarily remote, you must be able to commute to the office a few days each month for key meetings or team collaboration. And, we’ll provide all the necessary equipment! - Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
