Job description

Hourly Rate: $24.00

    • JOB SUMMARY:

    Manages in a timely fashion all aspects of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly contract sales pipeline by constant communication using shared email boxes, phone calls and virtual Teams meetings to ensure new contract sales follow QA process as outlined by Central Direct Sales to successful contract closing. Works closely with sales leadership team and individual sales executives to ensure contract accuracy, congruency with customers and managing the flow of communication between Sales Executive and customer through the contract pipeline.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    Second Shift 2 PM-10 PM PST

    • Maintains a working knowledge of all purchase documents for all MVC resorts.
    • Ensures accurate completion of Purchase Summary Worksheets from sales team to NOA (Contracts).
    • Reviews contract documents from NOA for accuracy prior to release to customer through Docusign or Fed Ex.
    • Schedules appointments with and reviews purchase contract details with customers to ensure their accurate understanding, execution and return of contract documents. Supports sales through pipeline to close through follow ups with customers and key internal and external business partners.  
    • Updates Siebel (CRM) to ensure customer conversations are documented and that future follow actives are created to build a pipeline of customer communication and touchpoints to support the successful execution, conversion and closing of sales.
    • Ensures accuracy of details in purchase worksheets, contracts, written and oral customer communications.
    • Proactively identifies challenges with sales and navigates the best course of action in a timely fashion with little oversight.
    • Conducts department business in compliance with department, company, state and federal guidelines.
    • Provides updates regularly to sales leadership, other internal and external business partners, as needed.
    • Gather and document in Siebel pertinent information with regard to the sale and the client’s responses and/or expectations.
    • Various other duties assigned by management.

            

    PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Keyboard capabilities. Filing and other miscellaneous tasks that may require lifting and/or organizing small boxes of supplies and other materials. 

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-volume & demanding environment. 
    • Enjoys working in a fast paced and demanding environment, collaborating on projects and problem solving, drafting and editing documents and email responses.
    • Exhibits business acumen, has strong interpersonal skills, possesses ability to work through conflict, has strong written and oral communication skills, has strong understanding of English language and grammar rules, excellent attention to detail, in-depth knowledge or contract terminology.
    • Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong attention to detail (must be able to pick out small differences).
    • Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
    • Previous auditing experience preferred.
    • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, Universe, Siebel experience preferred.
    • Be able to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required.
