The Opportunity

We are looking for a Workforce Expert to act as a strategic advisor and primary relationship manager for our clients. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone with a passion for client success, workforce planning, and cross-cultural collaboration.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead clients through onboarding, recruitment, and team integration.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to align on hiring needs.
  • Educate clients on employment regulations and cultural best practices.
  • Advise on team structure, performance, compensation, and retention.
  • Proactively manage escalations and coordinate internal responses.
  • Build long-term partnerships that drive client growth and satisfaction.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in client management, operations, HR, or project management.
  • Proven ability to work with international clients in a multi-country environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role and familiarity with CRMs like Freshsales.
