Job description

  • You are required to work during the Philippine regular holidays.
  • PHP 55,000 - PHP 60,000 per month.

About the Role

In your role as a Project Officer, your core responsibility will involve providing extensive support in project administration, including tasks such as project initiation, ad hoc project-related activities, team onboarding, equipment management, workplace health and safety compliance, ISO9001 quality system and documentation, and creating process reference materials.
This role suits a resourceful individual comfortable in process-driven, tech-oriented, and compliance-heavy environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project initiation tasks, admin, and onboarding new team members.
  • Manage equipment shipping and goods receipt.
  • Create Quick Reference Guides (QRG) for updated processes.
  • Handle ad hoc project-related tasks, including travel bookings, subcontractor onboarding, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Document meeting minutes, schedule, report, and ensure completion of checklists and timesheets.
  • Support ISO45001 Workplace Health and Safety, including SWMS creation, inductions, equipment test and tag, and hazard reporting.
  • Assist with ISO9001 Quality System, focusing on document control, regular audits, and improvement opportunities.


What We’re Looking For

Experience and Software

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, or relevant experience in the Telecommunications and IT industry.
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge or experience related to ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 (ISO Standard) is an advantage.


Skills

  • Proactive, can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • Capable of building rapport quickly with internal staff, clients, and vendors alike.
  • Can produce polished, professional outputs with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with multi-tasking abilities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing priorities and demands.
