Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Supervisor to lead and oversee sanitation processes across multiple shifts. This role is responsible for ensuring that all cleaning and sanitation tasks are performed effectively, maintaining a safe and hygienic facility that meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach and coordinate sanitation employees across three shifts.

  • Monitor and evaluate sanitation practices, processes, and methods to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

  • Oversee the sanitation of value-added departments to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.

  • Perform general warehouse cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing debris.

  • Ensure property cleanliness by addressing sanitation issues and maintaining outdoor areas.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Master Sanitation Schedules (MSS).

Qualifications:
Education:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of one year experience in food plant sanitation management required.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of sanitation workers.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of general building sanitation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks under time constraints.
