Your mission
FutureMeds @home, is a central part of the independent, fully owner-managed FutureMeds European Site Network and DCT service dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical trials for sponsors and CROs. With a strategic focus on the patient experience, we aim to accelerate access to life-changing medicines and therapies by connecting a global healthcare community.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Decentralized Operations team. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the UK, Spain, Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, or Ukraine.

As a Project Manager
, you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of homecare clinical trial projects across Europe. You will be the key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all project activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project initiation, planning, and execution from study start-up to close-out.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Train and mentor study team members, ensuring compliance with SOPs and study protocols.
  • Oversee documentation, reporting, and communication across all project phases.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and change orders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring quality and compliance throughout.
  • Support audit readiness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research or healthcare project management.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English (C2 level) – both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget oversight.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP, GDPR, and regulated environments.
