Job description

Description: The RCM Product Optimization Group Lead will oversee a team dedicated to the growth and optimization of the TruBridge Revenue Cycle Management software. This team includes, but is not limited to:
An RCM specific onsite and virtual optimization team, which specializes in customer adoption of RCM module best practices and efficiencies.
An edit analysis team, who is dedicated to understanding and proactively identifying claim edits impacting the financial health of RCM clients. This team works directly with compliance and other business units to determine the best way to handle these edits within the RCM software.
An analyst team that works with various payers to resolve specific payer rejections and analyze better ways to prevent denials. 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the success of the TB RCM Product Optimization team through individual Key Performance Indicators, while growing the offerings and revenue associated with this department 
  • Establish and maintain regular meetings and gather insights from strategic RCM sites
  • Collaborate with strategic partners within the Complete Business Office department on cross functional initiatives
  • Assist teams in resolving issues related to their area of specialty
  • Create reports to identify key performance indicators for both employees and client sites to ensure efficiency and financial performance 
  • Work with the RCM development teams as required for product enhancements 
  • Contribute to the development of department process flows, guidelines, and expectations
  • Oversee an projects or initiatives deemed necessary by senior leadership to ensure the overall success of the TruBridge RCM software and business unit
