Senior Partner Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Partner Manager to join our growing Partnerships and Alliances team within Legal Professionals. This is a critical individual contributor role focused on maximizing the value and impact of our existing strategic partners. You won't just manage relationships; you will be the orchestrator of growth, collaborating deeply to expand our market footprint, drive joint revenue, and innovate together.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Sr. Partnership Manager, you will:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and expand deep, senior-level relationships with key stakeholders across our assigned portfolio of existing strategic partners (e.g., AI technology providers, legal technology partners, global consultancies). Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for both the partner within TR and TR within the partner organization. 
  • Joint Business Planning & Execution: Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive joint business plans with each assigned partner, outlining clear objectives, go-to-market strategies, enablement needs, and shared revenue targets. Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to track progress, identify new opportunities, and address challenges.
  • Revenue Generation & Growth: Drive growth of partner products by identifying strategic opportunities within the Thomson Reuters customer base Facilitate close collaboration between Thomson Reuters' sales teams and partner sales organizations, ensuring alignment on lead sharing, customer engagement strategies, and pipeline management. 
  • Partner Enablement & Success: Develop relevant programs to ensure stakeholders are equipped with the resources to effectively position, sell, and implement partner offerings alongside Thomson Reuters’ 1st party products. Create and distribute relevant playbooks that highlight joint value propositions and integration points between partner solutions and Thomson Reuters' offerings.  
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central liaison between our partners and internal Thomson Reuters teams. Proactively resolve partner conflicts, escalate critical issues, and ensure seamless collaboration to achieve shared goals. 
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and synthesize market feedback, competitive intelligence, and partner insights to inform our product roadmap, go-to-market strategies, and overall partnership strategy. 
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key partner performance metrics (e.g., joint revenue, pipeline, customer satisfaction, enablement status). Use data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI. 

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Sr. Partnership Manager if you have the following required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA is a plus. 7+ years of progressive experience in partner management, alliance management, business development, or strategic account management within the B2B software, SaaS, or legal technology sector. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing complex, multi-faceted existing partnerships to achieve significant revenue and strategic objectives. 
  • Ability to develop and execute complex strategic plans, understand market dynamics, and identify long-term growth opportunities. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite executives. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex technical and business concepts clearly and persuasively. 
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing campaigns, product development cycles, and financial metrics relevant to partnerships. 
  • A highly collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively with diverse internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges, evaluate solutions, and drive effective resolutions in a fast-paced environment. 

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with the legal technology landscape, legal workflows, or legal professional needs is a significant advantage.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.

For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $116,900 - $217,100.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
