Job description

Job Overview: As a Business Development Manager at VxLabs GmbH, you will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy, with a particular focus on e-mobility, cybersecurity, and diagnostic solutions. You will be responsible for assessing competitive positioning, formulating strategic plans, establishing business objectives, and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Assess the competitive positioning of the company using SWOT analysis techniques. Formulate strategic plans with an emphasis on e-mobility, cybersecurity, and diagnostic solutions and All E/E Services (AUTOSAR, SWDL).
  • Objective Setting and Strategy Development: Establish objectives and create strategies for business and revenue expansion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential new customers and growth opportunities.
  • Partnership Opportunities: Recognize and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships that can enhance business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate new connections and relationships to support business growth and company expansion.
  • Customer Acquisition: Independently secure new customers (OEM/Tier 1) and initiate projects with potential clients.
  • Technology and Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of the latest technologies and market trends to identify and attract new customers.
  • Representation: Represent VxLabs at trade fairs, conferences, and events to promote our brand and network with industry leaders.
  • Networking: Continuously expand your network and maintain a comprehensive understanding of changes and opportunities in the market environment.


Requirements
 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the tech industry.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in applying SWOT analysis and strategic planning.
    • Strong understanding of e-mobility, cybersecurity, and diagnostic solutions.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
    • Strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Language: Fluent in German and English.

  • Salary: 100K fixed - 60K OTE
