Job Purpose:
This position requires excellent client facing customer service including on camera while working with different retirement plan types and different retirement roles. The role is responsible for educating clients on the importance of accurate data reported on payroll spreadsheets, helping the client know what to correspond with their payroll provider to confirm the correct information is being transferred between systems, presenting the service our website system will provide to prospective and existing clients in maintaining the compliance of their retirement plan, the ability to research to identify what the client is needing and explaining in terms the client can understand within a specific level of service. This role has day to day contact with Employers, Financial Advisors, Payroll Providers, third party aggregators, and internal partners to assist with the payroll process. This position must ensure client satisfaction while working with clients who are unknown on how to process payroll and helping clients understand their role. The proper coordination of services with several different parties and create a friendly environment to meet client expectations resulting in continued retirement plan growth and contribution to the company's surplus. The individual should have a working knowledge of excellent phone skills, working multiple systems, attention to detail, knowledge to know when to prioritize, and continue to help grow their colleagues. The daily career will involve knowledge in census data on payroll files including plan compensation, eligibility, census dates, and how to report excluded employees. This job opportunity will require motivation within a team, self-discipline of meeting goals, and teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide expertise and guidance in the reporting of payroll information for several different retirement plan types.
Act as an advocate for all TruStage clients representing their needs by listening to their concerns. Create an environment of excellent customer service with external and internal clients.
Meet or exceed the written Service Level we state to our clients and providing timely assistance to help support our clients.
Serve as help to external clients and internal colleagues in a clear and positive manner.
Provide face to face assistance on camera daily during conference calls and team meetings
Share knowledge and provide feedback to continue efficiencies within the role.
Continue to learn with a positive attitude and know when to ask for help
The ability to multi-task in handling several phone calls, email correspondence, meetings, and system capabilities.
Meet deadlines by coming to work timely and strong work ethic

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Insurance or equivalent trade-off in related professional work experience.
4 years of retirement plan experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of retirement plan administration concepts, policies and procedures.
Demonstration of effective presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Demonstration of effective interpersonal and customer focused skills.
Demonstration of effective analytical, organizational and planning skills.
Demonstration of effective leadership skills.
Completed RPF.
Complete DC-1 and DC-2 to achieve QKA.

Base Salary Range:
$62,000.00 - $93,000.00
