We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to focus on our EverHealth products. EverHealth, a technology platform that enables medical practices of all sizes to make care more informed, more personalized, more interactive, and more adaptable. Our platform has been used by thousands of physicians who in turn have provided care to millions of patients. Our products can be completely tailored to any medical practice—small, large, or specialty—and are open to third-party innovation via a robust API. Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Oversee the execution of multiple projects, often with overlapping timelines.  

  • Serve as the primary liaison between, Product development, QA, Customer Support and Product Management, and other stakeholders. Communicate effectively to keep all parties informed of project status, changes, and milestones.  

  • Identify potential risks and issues in project plans. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.  

  • Continually assess and improve project management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.  

  • Work closely with other departments (such as sales, customer success and services teams) to ensure a cohesive approach to project management and client service.  

 

Skills and Experience:   

 

  • Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. Proficiency in project management software and Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Waterfall) methodologies is essential  

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet is mandatory 

  • Metrics and Data driven decision making mind-set 

  • Strong experience with PMP, Agile and other Software PMO related activities 

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and information to a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.  

  • Strong experience e 

  • Visual Presentation & Tools: PowerPoint, Product Board, AHA, Excel, JIRA, etc. Must be able to describe the why, what, and overall statue of multiple programs through visualization.   

  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.  

  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity for strategic planning and long-term vision in the context of business and marketing objectives.  

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, or API-based architectures is a plus 

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2) if in healthcare, finance, or other regulated domains is a plus 

 

Where: Remote, US 
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:  

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
