Our roots derive from a long serving sports, entertainment and lifestyle insurance provider and we have grown to encompass a wide range of niche and specialty products including inland marine, aviation, marine, specialty casualty, accident, and hard-to-place property.
We are looking to add to our growing team with a full-time permanent processor. This position is suitable for those without any industry knowledge, but who hold some form of customer service experience as this is an entry-level position.
You must have the ability to work from home, with the ability to work in a hybrid home-office model via desk booking system.
Please keep in mind, this is a production-based role where the main KPIs are output volume, output consistency, and accuracy of documents issued.
