Key Responsibilities:
Design and prototype machine learning models and neural ODEs for complex biomedical datasets
Optimize model performance and manage large-scale data pipelines
Apply statistical methods (MLE, bootstrapping) and nonlinear optimization (e.g., CPLEX)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready ML systems
Monitor model accuracy, data quality, and real-world deployment performance
Document research processes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Support innovation by exploring new ML techniques and experimentation frameworks
Communicate project status clearly and drive outcomes independently
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in machine learning research and development
Strong Python skills (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch); experience with scientific computing
Proven expertise in neural networks, ODEs, and neural ODEs
Background in nonlinear optimization and statistical modeling
Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field
Self-driven, strong communicator, and comfortable with loosely defined tasks
Bonus: Experience with JAX (equinox, diffrax), CRISP-ML(Q), or digital twins
