About You

As the Director of Digital Agency, you will lead the agency’s digital marketing and custom website initiatives for our portfolio of flooring retailers. You will shape strategic vision, oversee execution, and drive measurable results through cutting-edge digital campaigns and platform development. This role combines digital marketing expertise, agency leadership, industry understanding, and team management.

What You'll Do:

  • Set the agency’s overall digital vision and service roadmap specifically aligned with the evolving needs of flooring retailers, including regional marketing nuances, customer buying behaviour, and seasonal trends.
  • Stay on top of digital trends and innovations in retail, local SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Develop scalable marketing frameworks that can be tailored for both single-location businesses and multi-location flooring retailers or dealer networks.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team including SEO/SEM specialists, content creators, designers, and website builders
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, onboarding checklists, and internal documentation to support consistency and scalability.
  • Implement processes, documentation, and workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Optimize project management workflows using tools such as ClickUp or similar to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients, providing insights, performance reviews, and campaign direction.
  • Oversee onboarding, campaign planning, performance analysis, and optimization.
    Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
  • SEO: Lead keyword strategies, on-site optimization, local SEO, and backlinking campaigns.
  • SEM & Ads: Oversee Google Ads, Bing Ads, retargeting, and budget planning.
  • Websites: Manage custom website design and development process in collaboration with our Design team
  • Social Media: Guide strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including content planning and paid social.
  • Develop performance reporting dashboards and communicate ROI clearly to clients
  • Drive data-driven decisions using Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing tools.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of local SEO, SEM, digital advertising, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and website development cycles.
  • Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills.
