REQUIRED SERVICE: Real Estate Business Support (Bilingual)
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: Junior Level
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 10 hours/week
SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS: 9AM - 11AM, 5PM - 7PM
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Outbound Calling: Contact newly licensed real estate agents to introduce our company and schedule in-person meetings with the broker.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage the broker’s calendar, setting up meetings and confirming details with agents.
  • Follow-Ups: Track appointments, send reminders, and follow up with agents after meetings to facilitate the onboarding process.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
  • Communication: Provide clear and professional communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or administrative support role.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for outbound calls.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
