The Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified EMR Specialist (PCC) with a nursing background to support our clients in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, primarily PointClickCare. This voice-based role requires a strong understanding of clinical workflows and EMR navigation, as well as the ability to provide real-time guidance and support to healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, excellent communication skills, and experience leading client calls.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients using PointClickCare and other EMR platforms.
  • Join client calls to assist with real-time navigation of the EMR system and help users locate specific fields or information.
  • Provide functional (non-technical) support to clients, drawing on your clinical and operational understanding.
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain clear documentation of client interactions and frequently asked questions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
  • Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Nursing degree (RN, BSN, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Experience working with EMR systems, especially PointClickCare.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently lead client calls.
  • Fluent in English, with a clear and articulate phone presence.
  • Ability to explain EMR functionality in simple terms to non-technical users.
  • Highly organized, responsive, and client-focused.
Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST
