Job Summary

The Claims Analyst will be responsible for generating regular operational and executive-level reports, as well as ad hoc reports for business units. This role involves analyzing claims data across all lines of business to identify trends, provide statistics (including on termite damage), and offer general business intelligence insights

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Generate weekly operational reports to provide insights to the operations team.
Develop and present monthly reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), highlighting key claims data and trends.
Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests from various business units to support their specific needs.
Analyze claims data to produce statistical reports specifically focused on termite damage.
Identify and analyze trends within claims data, including property, auto, termite, workers' compensation, and general liability.
Review individual claims to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues or patterns.
Report findings on claims trends and potential cross-overs between different lines of business.
Apply general business intelligence and data analysis techniques to interpret claims information.

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience

3+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Risk Management
Experience in the Construction, Pest Control, or Auto industry preferred
Property loss experience preferred

Base Pay Range $47,000 - $68,200 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
