Job Title: Credit Risk Manager – 9 months FTC
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
Salary: up to £105,000 per annum (full time equivalent)

Your team: Collaborators in change
The Risk Measurement team sits within the Credit Risk team and ultimately the Risk & Compliance function (2nd line of defence). The Risk Measurement team is responsible for developing and maintaining Tandem’s impairment related models – this includes stress testing / scenario analyses, Credit Risk ICAAP Pillar 2A and 2B models. This team is also responsible for producing the monthly impairment charge and quarterly impairment forecasts.

As a Credit Risk Manager at Tandem your focus will be to support the Risk Measurement team to enhance credit risk models in particular ICAAP P2A and P2B stress testing models and feedback into development of other Risk Measurement models including impairment actuals and impairment forecasting models.
