A Systems Analyst analyzes, designs, and improves information systems within an organization, focusing on meeting business needs and enhancing efficiency. They work with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop specifications, and collaborate with developers to implement solutions. Systems Analysts also evaluate existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and make recommendations.

• Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure: Understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts. 

• Technical proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and other relevant technologies. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Flexibility and adaptability to work in different project environments. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field: While not always required, a degree is often preferred.
