Brief Description:

We are partnering with a dynamic design firm that is looking to expand its architectural team. Operating with a flat organizational structure, they excel in various markets across the globe, including education, government/public, healthcare, office, non-profit, and recreation.

We're seeking experienced Architects who are passionate about their work. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in architecture & project management, with a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in leading projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects from initial design through to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members to deliver successful project outcomes.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
Mentor and guide junior architects and team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in architecture and project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong proficiency in architectural design software. (Preferably Revit or AutoCAD)
Licensed Architect preferred.
LEED accreditation is a plus.
