Oversee day-to-day financial accounting activities, such as journal entries, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.
Responsible for preparing financial reports, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement to communicate the financial position of the organization to both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that financial accounting processes adhere to accounting standards, policies, and procedures, and that the organization is ready for internal and external audits.
Manage fixed asset accounting, which involves tracking and reporting on the depreciation of fixed assets, maintaining accurate records of asset purchases, and tracking disposal of assets
Responsible for Intercompany Accounting and accurately recording financial transactions between related entities within the organization.
Manage taxation responsibilities include preparing and submitting tax returns, maintaining tax records, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Continuously identify areas for process improvement and develops and implements new and more efficient financial accounting processes.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of working experience under the RTR/GL function in a Shared Services setting.
Working experience with SAP accounting system.
Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solver and passionate in continuous improvement.
