Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)	Scrum master or Agile Coach with 10+ years of overall experience and *at least 5+ years of exp in playing scrum master role in true agile team. Be able to work from Pune Ph-1 ODC* Well versed with agile principle, scrum/ kanban fundamentals – ceremonies, metrices et all. The SM/ Coach needs to have a holistic understanding of Agile delivery model and very good people skills to enable cross geo teams , resolve conflicts – system or people related (like multiple teams working on same code branch). Able to energize team and empathize well to bring out best in team , help them collaborate effective and co-delivery project items. Have both theoretical understanding of scaled agile models and practical experience working in scaled environments example SAFE A good learner and constantly engaged in self-learning journey.
