Job Description:

In-depth knowledge on Enterprise architecture, general and industry-specific data modeling standards, different types of data, process and object modeling, applications, frameworks, database technologies, data warehousing, knowledge management and data security management, to lead the development of policies, standards and plans, and to provide advice to clients ensuring the management, protection, recovery and integrity of data.
Knowledge and experience on the Enterprise Architecture end to end process both as a Solution Architect and Change Application Architect Vast experience in developing high quality Enterprise Architecture governance artefacts, coordinating with key stakeholders to address any concerns from governance bodies and mitigate potential risks such as Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA),, etc.
Experience in leading the project to participate in governance activities including but not limited to Threat and Risk Assessment (TRA), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Penetration Testing, etc. and successfully obtain Architecture Governance Point approvals
Technical skills and experience on Microsoft Power Platform based business solutions using Model Driven Application development, Power Automate, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, Azure AD, Microsoft Azure Storage, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and other Azure technologies.
Written and oral communications skills to consult and clarify needs, present information, options and recommendations, explain technical concepts and terminology and architecture-related topics to peers/clients/stakeholders.
Experience in the development and implementation of application architecture at an advanced level, with at least two different computing platforms, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages and communication protocols, middleware and gateways. Experience in development and implementation of microservices architectures, service mesh and customer experience portals. Some knowledge and experience in AI and Client implementation.
Experience working with DevOps engineers to design and implement an end to end CI/CD pipeline for the application and ensure performance and reliability of production environments
Experience working in a test-driven development environment
Expertise to influence testing strategy and guide test automation
Perform peer review and ensure quality at every stage of the product development lifecycle
Recommend and implement changes to reference architecture, development frameworks and design patterns
Promotes industry standards and best practices with the product teams
Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
Experience working in microservices and agile frameworks like scrum for development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Provide mentorship and perform knowledge transfer to other peer developers
