About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data savvy Sale Analytics Analyst to join our team. In this role you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership & Marketing to deliver data-driven insights that optimize revenue, improve forecasting, and drive growth. This is a high impact role for someone who loves digging into numbers, building dashboards, and proactively identifying ways to improve sales productivity and process efficiency.

Day-to-Day:

  • Develop, present, and maintain key dashboards and reports for all levels of our sales organization to help facilitate self-service analytics.

  • Support strategic planning by providing analyses that enable the company to create competitive and incentivizing commission plans.

  • Complete ad-hoc requests (analyze, interpret, and deliver trends in our data to share with key decision makers and stakeholders).

  • Monitor the accuracy of sales forecasts and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and proper updates.

  • Oversee the fulfillment of sales processes to guarantee adherence and efficiency.

  • Create and update CRM dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility into performance metrics.

  • Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as lead response time, contact rate, demo-to-close ratio, ACV, churn, and sales cycle length.

  • Work closely with sales leadership to develop accurate forecasts and set performance benchmarks.

  • Provide ad hoc analysis to support new initiatives, sales programs, or product launches.

  • Ensure data integrity across CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools, and recommend ways to improve data hygiene and process compliance.

  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales insights with broader business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 2-4 years experience in sales analytics, business intelligence or a similar analytical role

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Inside Sales workflows

  • Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and developing clear, actionable insights from complex data

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a bias toward action

  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus
