What You Will Do

As an IT Learner, you will play a key role in supporting the IT department’s mission to maintain a secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology environment across the organization. You’ll provide hands-on technical support, contribute to critical IT projects, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members. This role offers the opportunity to grow your technical skills while making a meaningful impact on the day-to-day operations of the company. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide Windows technical support to employees across the company, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in managing Office 365 services, including SharePoint, Intune, licensing, and the company intranet.
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives by helping monitor and mitigate potential threats and promoting best practices across the organization.
  • Contribute to IT-led projects such as Microsoft Teams migration and digital record retention improvements.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires by setting up accounts, provisioning equipment, and continuously improving the IT onboarding experience. 

Who You Are

  • Previous experience with Office 365 administration.
  • Experience with SharePoint and OneDrive administration.
  • Previous technical support experience with Windows and Mac.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong emphasis on IT security and understanding the importance of Cybersecurity at a fast-growing company.
  • Good written and spoken skills.
  • A large appetite to learn.
  • Strong ability to quickly shift gears.

Type: Part Time, non-exempt

Pay Range Opportunity:

  • The pay range for this role is $20 - $25 per hour
  • Weekly hours required: 20 - 28 hours 
  • This is a part-time 6 month temporary, non-exempt position with potential opportunity for extension and/or to turn into full-time opportunity based on business needs

Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:

  • Our pay ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
  • Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
