About the role:

As a Product Manager consultant, you’ll be a part of a client team building innovative products. We expect you to be curious, passionate, driven, and enthusiastic. You’ll be proficient at problem-solving, an effective communicator and a team player. You and your team will move in a fast-paced engineering environment, define product strategies, achieve outstanding results and deliver exciting projects.

You’ll:
  • Collaborate with US-based Founders and stakeholders to shape product vision and align your products and teams on goals and outcomes.
  • Ensure technical solutions are efficient and aligned with business priorities.
  • Deeply understand user needs, product behaviour, and customer value.
  • Drive delivery from your roadmap to continuous improvement using Agile best practices.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, prioritising work and managing a clear, actionable backlog.
  • Champion internal communication and engagement (MS Teams).
Technical Competencies:
  • Strong Product Management background (energy sector a bonus).
  • Skilled at defining and prioritising features with stakeholders.
  • Able to interpret research/data and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Comfortable tracking post-launch performance for ongoing improvement.
  • Hands-on with Agile, Atlassian suite, including Jira, Lucid, and discovery tools.
  • Confident running ceremonies and acting as product owner/scrum master.
  • Experienced in smaller digital teams.
Non-Technical Competencies:
  • Analytical thinker with strong business acumen and a performance mindset.
  • Product-focused with a clear understanding of what good looks like.
  • Quality-driven and confident in delivering polished, high-value work.

  • Communicates clearly and adapts messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
