About the role:
The Sales Manager HEX Europe is responsible for the promotion and the sale of HEX business to maintain current market position but also clearly to perform business development activity due to the large untouched potential from the same area. The primary focus will be to capture and reconvert all AM potential and together driving a well-defined goal to growth the OE business to maintain and expand the installed base. The go-to market approach is to enable Channel partners, support OEMs and Integrators and sell or consult end-users.
This role will have a geographical territory assigned that is Europe.
  
About your responsibilities at SPX Flow:

  • Reach or exceed AOP for own markets    
  • Develop, implement and drive sales strategies for own markets
  • Support channels in identifying opportunities and reach their targets
  • Help to establish local AM capabilities and competences
  • Ensure proactive approach to the installed base     
  • Identifying new channels
  • Develop and drive opportunities
  • Bring opportunities to a closing stage
  • Achieve the sales (orders) objectives both direct and indirect
  • Identify new potential buyers within OEMs/System Integrators
  • Develop the relationship with existing OEMs and System Integrators to maximize orders for SPX products portfolio
  • Support channels to develop their products’ competences and support them during joint visits to their customers
  • Make recommendations to clients and channels on the choice of equipment
  • Apply price/margin policy during negotiations as per current SPX policy; follow SPX procedures to support negotiations with competitive prices
  • Proactively follow direct quotes and drive negotiations till the order placement
  • Get regular updates from partners on their funnel of opportunities and report them back within CRM system
  • Ensure financial solvency of clients and partners
  • Assist clients with their needs and, if needed, support them to address aftermarket problems; support partners with their aftermarket structure as needed
  • Attend and drive promotional activities like exhibitions, seminars, mailing, etc as defined by SPX
  • Define a marketing plan with partners for products promotions

  • Knowledge about plate heat exchangers and markets is an advantage
